(1923) Bronte House INTERWAR BUNGALOW

The Narrative

Sitting a stone’s throw away from the surf in beautiful Bronte, this top to bottom renovation and extension was a wonderful opportunity to work with beloved clients a second time around. With three nearly grown children, it was time to create a well deserved adult haven; a forever home filled with beautiful furnishings, lighting and textiles. With a ‘modern Australian beach house’ brief, we worked our magic across the home’s four bathrooms, four bedrooms and multiple living spaces. We created bespoke moments with imported lighting, plaster, hand made tiles, vintage pieces, marble and steel. Solid timber furnishings and joinery elements complete the luxuriously tactile experience.

“Jill’s incredible attention to the

details made this whole process a joy.

It was the little touches that made all

the difference. Jill is a talented and

creative designer with an expert eye

for detail. I loved working with her,

and I could never have imagined the

transformation and what we were

able to achieve.”
